- Refactor `getEnumValuesFromNodeInput` to correctly collect enum values
  from different input configurations.
- Update `useToolCatalog` to use `nodeInputs2JsonSchema` for consistent
  schema generation across tools and nodes.
- Add comprehensive test cases to verify JSON schema conversion for
  various value types and enum sources.
